Bag has one exterior slip pocket and interior has one slip pocket and one zippered pocket.  The accessory bag has one exterior zippered pocket.  The bag is 14" H  X 11" W with 4" X 11" base.  Accessory bag is 7 3/4" H X 8 3/4" W.  Both are upholstery weight fabric and quilted.
